Are you insured? Can you supply me with proof of liability Insurance?
Many organizations and venues require proof of liability insurance. For our mutual protection we carry an Aggregate Liability Insurance Policy worth $2,000,000.00.
What kinds of events does Jim do?
Jim can provide music and entertainment for any type of event as a Singer/Entertainer or as a DJ. Many clients hire him to do both.
We are planning a wedding and need a music selection that appeals to people of all ages. Can he do that?
No problem. Jim carries thousands of songs in his repertoire. Jim will meet with you personally to go over your music preferences, make suggestions and help design a fun and memorable time for all.
Will he be willing to play/sing requests?
Jim is always willing to perform requests. His computerized sound system allows him to pull up a wide variety of songs at a moments notice. As long as he has the song, generally knows the tune and has time he will be happy to perform it for you.
Can you mix in dance music?
If you desire Jim can play dance songs as part of your event. In addition he can do the opposite. If you hire him as a DJ he can also perform live songs during your party.
Will you provide backup equipment at my event?
Although equipment failure is rare Jim does carry backup equipment to every event.
How much time does Jim need to set up?
Jim believes that punctuality is a necessity. He will arrive at least one half hour prior to your event.
Will Jim provide a written contract?
Jim will provide you with a writen contract or an invoice for every event.
Is a deposit necessary?
If you are an organization which requires an invoice for payment no deposit is necessary. If you are planning a party and are not a repeat customer you may be required to sign a writen contract and send in a required deposit.
